ABSTRACT
This study examined the place of welfare programme on worker’s productivity in an institution. The importance of welfare programme as a means of improving worker’s welfare programme were benefits, other than salaries, provided by an employer to ensure the comfort and satisfaction of the apart latter, the survey method was used to collect data for this study via questionnaire.
In this work we found out that the following:
